RMA & WARRANTIES

  1. Prior to shipping products back to Compuzonic, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Service/Technical Department (or from our Forms page) and must be prepaid to our warehouse with the following:

  2. A copy of the original invoice.

  3. A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms is necessary to provide a faster RMA .Please note that the manufacturer will test the product as per your description.

  4. System comes with one year or two years of warranty as indicated in the invoice.

  5. One year limited warranty [1] on parts from the invoice date to the receipt of the returned products or manufacturers' warranty whichever specified. 30 days limited warranty for retail box products, Notebook power adaptor, battery or external battery.7 days limited warranty on CPU and Printers.

  6. Warranty does not extend to products that are physically damaged or damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of misuse, mishandling or improper installation on the Buyer's/User's part.

  7. Software and consumables are not returnable once the package is opened.

  8. No return on Special Order Items.

  9. For products that have a manufacturer warranty, our staff will provide information on how the manufacturers service those products.

  10. For LCD monitor, please check with manufacturer for the minimum number of pixels that is acceptable for return.
